- Regrouper, soutenir et accompagner les personnes atteintes d'un traumatisme cranio-cérébral en offrant, à ces dernières et à leurs proches, des services adaptés qui contribuent à l'amélioration de leurs conditions de vie. - Défendre et promouvoir l'intérêt de ses membres en effectuant des représentations et en diffusant de l'information qui démystifie les enjeux auxquels ils sont conformés dans leur vie quotidienne.
