Le RHCM est un organisme communautaire, dont la mission est de favoriser et développer la stabilité résidentielle et le rétablissement, des personnes ayant une problématique en santé mentale et ou de rupture sociale.
Objectif
Le Réseau d'Habitation communautaire de la Mauricie offre un accompagnement, avec des intervenants, pour développer l'autonomie en logement des personnes ayant une problématique en santé mentale et ou de rupture sociale.
