Veuillez noter que les mardis et vendredis après 17h00, les patients ayant un médecin de famille à la clinique désirant consulter pour une urgence ne pouvant attendre au lendemain, pourront réserver une place au SRV de l Unité de médecine familiale de st-Eustache en composant 450 491-6001.
L unité de médecine familiale est située au 57, boulevard Industriel, bureau 2200, St-Eustache Qc.
