Mission
Favoriser l'intégration ou la réintégration socioprofessionnelle des personnes aux prises avec des troubles de santé mentale significatifs et persistants.
Objectif
Aider et accompagner en emploi les personnes ayant un diagnostic de santé mentale grave et suivies par un professionnel de la santé. Nous offrons des services de counselling individuel portant sur les méthodes dynamiques de recherche d'emploi tout en tenant compte des limitations fonctionnelles de la personne. Nous assurons un suivi et un accompagnement auprès de la clientèle et l'employeur pour le maintien de l'emploi
