ÉQUIPE
La Clinique médicale Sainte-Adèle comprend différents professionnels spécialisés en soins de santé. L’équipe est composée de médecins généralistes, d’infirmières praticiennes/cliniciennes/auxiliaires, d’un audiologiste, d’un pharmacien, d’une IPS en santé mentale et d’une nutritionniste.
Prélèvement en Clinique disponible sur rendez-vous téléphonique au coût de 15$, du mardi au vendredi.
Renseignements importants
Seuls les patients ayant un médecin de famille dans l'association de la clinique médicale de Ste-Adèle incluant la Coop de Val-Morin et la COOP de Sainte-Marguerite du lac Masson ont accès à notre sans-rendez.
