Mission
Le RIVO est un réseau de thérapeutes et de travailleurs communautaires préoccupés par le bien-être des survivants de la torture et d'autres formes de violence organisée, que celle-ci soit d'ordre politique, social,identitaire ou religieux.
Objectif
Offrir un suivi psychothérapeutique individuel (ou en groupe) sans frais aux survivants par le biais de nos thérapeutes, thérapie de massage sur recommandation d'un psychothérapeute, et des supports psychosociaux divers par le biais de nos organismes membres. Intervenir auprès des personnes ayant vécu la violence organisée et favoriser l'intégration de leur expérience traumatique. Sensibiliser la communauté d'accueil et les divers intervenants aux réalités de la population-cible. Développer des liens avec des instances et organismes concernés par cette population.
