Pédiatrie sociale
Jeunes 0-18 ans présentant des besoins médicaux et psychosociaux.
Le centre de pédiatrie sociale en communauté de Lanaudière offre un programme diversifié de prévention, d’éducation/rééducation, de suivi et de soutien aux enfants, aux adolescents et à leur famille.
Il s’agit d’une intervention personnalisée en collaboration avec les différents acteurs du milieu de l’enfant (école, garderie, organismes communautaires, etc.).

Pour obtenir les services du centre de pédiatrie: prendre note que les critères de sélection:suivants sont nécessaires:
1. Être àgé entre 0-14 ans
2. Présenter un besoin psychosocial et médical
3. Vivre des situations de vulnérabilité
4. Habiter dans la MRC Matawinie Ouest ou la MRC de Joliette
